Papa Jack's Pizza
About This Spot
Stepping into Papa Jack's Pizza in Lexington, you’re greeted by the warmth of a familiar neighborhood gathering spot—a place where the pace slows just enough to savor good company and even better food. The atmosphere is unhurried and inviting, with the hum of friendly conversation blending seamlessly with the aroma of fresh-baked dough and rich tomato sauce. It’s the kind of pizza place that feels equally comfortable whether you’re coming in after a day at the ballpark or settling in for a quiet family dinner.
Here, the menu is woven into the experience rather than simply read aloud: imagine a calzone bursting with tender Southwest chicken, alongside a vividly fresh salad that balances out indulgence with brightness. The scent of cheesy garlic toast lingers in the air, a small but memorable detail that reminds you of homemade simplicity elevated with care. Pasta dishes—rich and comforting—offer a delightful detour for those looking to mix things up beyond the classic pie.
What truly shapes Papa Jack's is the sense of genuine hospitality. The staff moves with a practiced ease, making guests feel known and welcomed, as if stopping by is more of a visit than a meal. The consistent quality, from the generous toppings piled on "The Works" pizza to salads that stay crisp and vibrant, mirrors the kind of place locals return to again and again—not just for the food, but for the connection and comfort it quietly offers.
In the heart of Lexington, Papa Jack’s stands as a modest landmark of shared moments and simple pleasures, where every table tells the story of good taste and genuine care.

My daughter and her best friend ate here last night. They both raved about how wonderful the service was and how delicious everything tasted. Everything they had was wonderful. The Cheesy garlic toast bread was perfection. They highly recommend it, and will go back.

My wife Stacey and I recently made a trip to Lexington to catch our son's baseball game. After a quick Google search for dinner spots, Papa Jack's Pizza popped up, and we're so grateful it did. In fact, we ended up visiting twice in a week because the food was just that good. The pizza at Papa Jack's surpassed any we've had before, bringing back fond memories of a favorite spot in Lee's Summit. What really stood out, though, was meeting the owner. His pride in the place was evident in his warm personality and dedication to great service. As a family who loves to explore "Hole in the Wall" eateries during our travels, Papa Jack's was a true gem. Over the years, we've stumbled upon some hidden treasures, and this is definitely one deserving of recognition for its outstanding service and delicious pizza. If you're curious about our favorites, we highly recommend the "White Pizza" with garlic alfredo sauce, spinach, cheese, and feta, as well as the "All Meat" loaded with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, beef, and pork. We'll definitely be back to Papa Jack's, and you can bet we'll be spreading the word about this fantastic find.

Takeout order was tasty, ready on time and exactly what I ordered. Always get the calzones and salad. Consistently good and salad super fresh.

Great service and great pizza. We had "The Works" pizza and it was heaped with large chunks of toppings. Flavor was excellent. Breadsticks were also very good. Will definitely be back.

Love this place! We live about 30 minutes from Lexington and decided to stop in one night on our way to our kiddos baseball game. We've been back a few times since! Not only is their pizza amazing but so are their salads. I haven't been able to try the pasta yet but its next on my list. Any time we've been the staff always make you feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely worth the drive for us!
